Before renamed Soul ID, the group was formerly named SOULID. Formed in 2003, by March Endru Sukardi - usually called Drusteelo, Glenn Waas-G Quest, and the late Maurice Adhisatria - Jiggytime. With the initial formation, they make the beat in hip-hop music arena thanks to a variety of songs that Indonesia was able to capture the attention of fans of this genre, such as: "Ladjoe", "Female", and "It will not let my" ESOYUELAIDI from his first album released by Warner Music Indonesia in 2004. It was their first contract with a major label, having previously had contributed to the compilation DJ Fuzz Presents Mixology Mixtape-through single "Warp Speed".

After searching here and there, finally a rapper from Surabaya, Nurhadi Nugroho Physician aka Qiu, vokalisGilang Santriwiguna aka AfroGil, and Juanita Goddess aka Jaydee officially merged, and they eventually changed their name to Soul ID. Later this formation SOULFIDELIS album out under the auspices of the EMI label in 2005, with the hits "Idol". Furthermore, a new round of Soul ID forwarded by joining together the merger of two labels, namely Rizky Rekordz and Universal Music Indonesia, and the album spawned JIWARAGA in 2007 who managed to jump-start hits elegant "Branuday". Soul ID (2008-till now) now only three, namely Drusteelo, Doctor Qiu and Jaydee.Even so, they are still able to stand upright honorable, because of singles like "Boogie Time", "Want to be loved", "A Ye O", "telephone I," Tonight Only "could bombard the ears of music lovers of Indonesian society, thanks to the familiaritynotation that they pack in the songs. His 4th album and the last, with the help of friends in arms, such as: Yacko, banner, Ras Mohammed, Sweet Martabak, Black Slum, Faro, Mali, Cas, Aldisyah, Soul: ID (Brussels), Altimet (Malaysia) , Maya Hasan and many more, will be released on the 10th, month 10, year 2010 with the title Like Love Life, a double CD album hip-hop / R & B who's first in Indonesia, contains 36 tracks.
